You will discover ways to express your thoughts and feeling through color, collage, and a variety of mark-making techniques. If you've always wanted to find ways to be more creative, reduce stress, feel light and unblocked, this is the perfect retreat for you.
The aim is to allow our inner child to play and flow to take over. This retreat is not about the result, but the process and the journey. It's about learning and connecting with oneself.
You will have the opportunity to explore with colored pencils, markers, collage, acrylics, inks, charcoal, stamps, stencils, words and combinations of any or all of these techniques. There is no right or wrong way of self-expression in this retreat.
